Conservative Party Leader David Cameron has issued a statement of support to a local Swindon Charity, 'National Bullying Helpline':
David Cameron said: "Stamping out bullying in the workplace and elsewhere is a vital objective. Not only can bullying make peoples lives a misery, but it harms business and wider society too. So I congratulate the National Bullying Helpline for its efforts to give practical support to those being bullied, and to make bullying a thing of the past".

Cllr Justin Tomlinson, North Swindon Conservative Parliamentary Candidate, said: "I am delighted that David Cameron has pledged his support to this wonderful local charity which is helping a huge number of indviduals address the issues of bullying. The success of this charity is a real tribute to all those who have given so much time to launch and deliver this service.''
The National Bullying Helpline is the brainchild of Christine Pratt and her husband David. Christine first set up HR & Diversity Management Ltd in 2002 and realised the enormity of the problem caused to industry by bullying at work, so launched a bullying Helpline. The Helpline was awarded Charity status early 2007 and is the only UK workplace Bullying Helpline Charity in the UK run by qualified CIPD professionals. The Charity is the only Helpline in the UK that addresses bullying in all corners of society - further information on the charity can be seen on: http://www.nationalbullyinghelpline.co.uk/
