Swindon Conservatives have voted through new moves to deliver further value for money for local Council Tax payer, at Swindon Council. Ambitious changes to the Treasury Management Strategy dealing with the way Swindon Council invests money, allowing Swindon Council to invest for greater periods than 364 days increasing the potential for a greater return.

Cllr David Wren, Moredon I welcome the Conservative change to Treasury Management Strategy which will enable Swindon Borough Council to make its finances work harder, delivering much needed better value for the local Council Tax payer.
